Center for Research and Innovation
National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) has long been recognized for its excellence in legal education and research. In order to bolster its academic standing and make a meaningful contribution to the progression of legal scholarship, the Centre for Research and Innovation (CRI) has been established within NLU Delhi. CRI functions as a central hub for cross-disciplinary research, creativity, and partnership in the realm of law, social sciences and its associated fields.
Objectives
- To facilitate collaboration among researchers, scholars, and experts from diverse disciplines to encourage cross-disciplinary research and innovation.
- To develop new technologies, processes, and methodologies that has the potential to bring about significant advancements in research and innovation.

Scope of the centre
- Research Excellence: Conducting high-quality research in interdisciplinary domains.
- Education and Training: Providing opportunities for training and education, including workshops, seminars, FDP, and programs that support the development of research and innovation skills.
- Grant and Funding Support: To securing Project funding through grants, partnerships, and other mechanisms to support research and innovation in social science.
- Research Output: To publish high quality research output, journal articles, conference papers, books and other scholarly publications.
- Pedagogy: to develop and conduct Online Courses for Research Methodology and audio-visual content studio across different disciplines.
